Cancer may have started the fight, but I will finish it.

There are a lot of misconceptions about cancer, which creates fear, and on the other hand, there are people who know next to nothing about the disease. Early detection increases the chances of survival substantially, which is why education about cancer is a necessity. True facts, instead of misconstrued opinions help spreading awareness of the disease as well as various options available for treatment.

We aim to reach out to people and educate them about cancer and health: signs one should look out for, health clinics for screenings and treatment, prevention tips, and inform people of the disease and what it can do to your body. This helps destigmatize cancer so one isn’t afraid of it, instead makes an informed decision to improve one’s health.

What cancer can do the body

70% of all cancer-related deaths occur in the first year itself in India, due to either late detection or lack of access to quality health care. Awareness is key, hence the Nag Foundation aims to educate people about the different kinds of cancer, symptoms, health centers, and treatments available. This ensures that the masses are always informed, and have the knowledge and support they require.
